The Kellie Consort offers superb professional development opportunities for young musicians.  Musicians also receive a payment that is intended to cover travel expenses.  Each project involves a rehearsal and coaching period, followed by two or more concerts. 

 

Instrumentalists: the Kellie Consort uses period instruments.  However, modern instrumentalists who wish to develop their experience in Baroque performance practice are encouraged to apply.  It is acceptable to audition on a modern instrument.

 

Membership is open to singers and instrumentalists who

• are aged between 18 and 30;

• were born in Scotland AND/OR are studying in Scotland AND/OR are living in Scotland.
